You’ll collaborate with Account Executives to shape the pipeline, qualify leads, and maintain CRM data with precision, applying curiosity, commercial thinking, and strong communication in a fast-growing AI-driven SaaS environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years in a customer-facing role; SaaS experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think commercially and prioritise effectively.
• High level of curiosity and learning agility.
• Comfort using AI tools and modern sales technologies.
• Structured, disciplined approach to work and time management.
• Ownership mindset with a bias toward action.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM.
• Additional language skills are a plus, particularly German.

• Conduct deep account and persona research to identify high-potential opportunities.
• Use AI tools and workflows to enhance prospecting, personalisation, and productivity.
• Develop insight-led outreach across email, phone, and social channels.
