Job summary

Sapiens, a leading insurtech, seeks an SDR to join our London-based team on a hybrid basis. You will qualify inbound interest, nurture leads, and hand over well-qualified opportunities to the sales team with context.

Working closely with marketing, you’ll build AI-powered outreach sequences, manage lead data in Salesforce and SalesLoft, and help hit quarterly pipeline targets. 2–3 years in SaaS SDR roles and strong English skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in SaaS sales or SDR roles, ideally in insurance/fintech.
• Experience building AI-powered sales workflows and sequences.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Familiarity with ABM platforms and CRM (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Qualify and progress inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing on lead nurturing cadences for sales handoff.
• Run omnichannel outreach across email, phone, and social.
• Build AI-powered workflows and sequences to automate personalization.
• Provide lead insights on quality, objections, and signals to marketing.
• Manage lead data and pipeline in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Deliver well-qualified opportunities to sales with context.
• Hit quarterly and annual pipeline targets.
