Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Manager to lead engineering governance by applying AI to streamline architecture governance and improve design quality. The role focuses on building governance processes, ensuring standards, and enabling delivery across enterprise solutions.

You will join a global team, require a strong software/architecture background, and drive adoption of innovative tools like PowerApps while engaging senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Strong background in software engineering and/or Architecture.
• Experience of PowerApps development.
• Strong analytical skill and a proactive approach to solving complex challenges.
• Effective communication and stakeholder leadership skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Defining engineering governance processes to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of architecture governance.
• Ensuring LSEG Products adhere to best practice and LSEG standards.
• Building the new governance processes using AI and low/no code environment i.e. Microsoft PowerApps and providing support collateral.
• Operating the resulting processes including tooling support, providing training courses, running CIO and Group Level ARB forums with senior engineering leaders, assembling outcomes and actions.
• Promoting Engineering governance and quality standards across the Enterprise
