Job summary

Maven Partners is seeking an AI Solutions Manager to identify and deliver practical improvements across prioritised areas of the organisation. You’ll combine business analysis, process improvement and applied AI to help the business work smarter and more efficiently.

In this role you will work with stakeholders to map current processes, identify opportunities for AI-enabled solutions, shape workflows and ensure safe implementation with governance and responsible AI principles.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, digital transformation or AI-enabled change.
• Proven experience translating stakeholder requirements into practical improvements.
• Hands-on experience with AI, automation and Microsoft 365.
• Practical understanding of prompt engineering and how AI can be applied to improve business processes.
• Experience producing process maps, requirements, workflow documentation, user guidance or similar business analysis outputs.
• Experience working in governance, risk, compliance, testing or quality assurance.
• Experience supporting business change, adoption or user engagement.
• Experience within regulated environments (professional services, financial services or corporate services) would be advantageous.
• Relevant business analysis, process improvement, AI, project or change management qualifications would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, map current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Identify where AI, automation and digital tools can deliver practical business benefits.
• Shape and support the delivery of AI-enabled workflows and solutions, including structured prompt engineering and reusable prompt patterns.
• Develop process maps, user stories, workflow documentation, business cases and supporting guidance.
• Support the testing, validation and safe implementation of AI-enabled solutions.
• Work with business users to drive adoption, gather feedback and continuously improve solutions.
• Track adoption, usage, value and risk to demonstrate the impact of initiatives.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with appropriate governance, security and responsible AI principles.
