Job summary

Monzo is hiring an experienced Martech Specialist (AI deployment) to move AI from a productivity tool to a core operating model for marketing. You will lead workstreams, build AI agents (Claude), and drive governance across a regulated financial-services environment.

You’ll manage content scaling, tool selections, and broader AI adoption, partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes while navigating ambiguity and complex programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building and applying AI for teams, ideally in marketing/content.
• Strong programme leadership across cross-functional workstreams.
• Comfort designing AI in regulated environments with data protection and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the content scaling programme and translate goals into sequenced work and delivery.
• Design and build AI agents to automate content workflows with human-in-the-loop where needed.
• Integrate AI into the martech stack with governance and compliance in mind.
• Run rigorous tooling selections and RFPs for marketing tools and DAM systems.
• Champion AI adoption across the business and share learnings.
