Job summary

Monzo is seeking an experienced Martech Specialist (AI deployment) to elevate AI-driven marketing at scale. You’ll lead workstreams, build AI agents, and align governance across a regulated financial-services environment.

You’ll own programme management, drive tools selection (DAM), and champion AI adoption beyond the programme while collaborating with stakeholders across Growth and Martech teams. This is a 12-month fixed-term, hybrid role in London.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI for teams, ideally for marketing/content.
• Strong programme leadership, end-to-end delivery across dependencies.
• First-principles and systems thinking to solve complex problems.
• Ability to navigate a stakeholder-heavy environment and deliver.
• Working understanding of marketing content production and guardrails.
• Familiarity with tooling selections, data, and vendor evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Programme management: Leading our content scaling programme, translating goals into sequenced work, driving delivery, coordinating owners and stakeholders.
• Building AI agents: Designing and building AI agents to transform content production with automated flows and governance.
• Systems integration and governance: Connecting AI into martech stack and data, ensuring safe integration in a regulated environment.
• Creative AI tooling: Running discovery on AI tooling to raise quality and scale of creative output.
• Tooling selection and RFP: Running RFPs for Marketing tooling, especially a DAM system, with rigorous vendor evaluation.
• AI adoption across the business: Championing adoption beyond the programme and guiding other teams.
