Job summary

Checkout.com is seeking a leader to drive the AI transformation of Marketing, embedding AI-powered workflows, automation and productivity tools across the function. You will define the transformation roadmap, redesign processes, and scale adoption with training and playbooks in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security and IT to ensure scalable, secure AI solutions, while shaping how Marketing stays at the forefront of the industry through

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI, automation or digital transformation initiatives within a modern marketing or technology organisation.
• Strong understanding of how marketing teams operate and how AI can improve productivity.
• Ability to redesign complex operating models rather than optimise individual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Define Marketing's AI Strategy and transformation roadmap.
• Transform Marketing workflows using AI, automation and intelligent systems.
• Scale AI adoption with practical frameworks, playbooks and training.
• Build AI products for Marketing by partnering with internal and external teams.
• Drive measurable productivity gains by defining metrics and tracking adoption.
• Partner across functions (Product, Engineering, Security, IT, Operations) to ensure scalable AI solutions.
• Shape the future Marketing organisation by identifying emerging AI capabilities and advocating adoption.
• Build a culture of continuous innovation through experimentation and responsible AI adoption.
