Capgemini Invent is seeking a Marketing Strategy & Transformation Consultant to help grow our Martech-enabled transformation practice. You will shape marketing technology strategies, deliver innovative programmes and drive ROI for clients across multiple sectors.

The role blends management consulting with Marketing Technology, Strategy and Operations, offering opportunities to lead pilots, scale AI, and embed new capabilities within client organizations.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing strategy and transformation programmes.
• Ability to shape and deliver Martech/Adtech solutions.
• Understanding of turning business objectives into capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define modern Marketing and Advertising Tech ecosystems for clients to improve ROI.
• Embed Marketing Services and Martech capabilities with processes, operating models and governance.
• Analyse Martech stacks to identify inefficiencies and design ROI-focused improvements.
• Provide insights into products/tools and approaches in Marketing Services/Martech.
