Job summary

Mercor is seeking a hands-on Content Marketing specialist to design and pressure-test AI training environments for real marketing work. You will create briefs, specify required documents, dashboards, personas and tools, write reference answers, and judge AI attempts against clear criteria.

The role requires experience in content marketing, CMS like Contentful, and analytics tools such as GA4 and Semrush, with a preference for candidates who have built AI training environments or simulated case

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner in content marketing with end-to-end editorial program ownership.
• Comfortable working in a CMS (Contentful) alongside GA4 and Semrush for research and analytics.
• Experience building AI training environments, RL environments or simulated case studies preferred.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification preferred.
• Clear written reasoning and the ability to explain why a decision is right.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs drawn from real content marketing work, including what the task tests and the decision expected.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas and tool states required for realistic tasks.
• Write or review reference answers and criteria that distinguish strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge against established standards.
