Job summary

Monzo is seeking an experienced Martech Specialist (AI deployment) to lead AI-driven scaling of content and tools within our Martech team. You’ll build AI agents, drive secure system integrations, and enable broader AI adoption across a regulated financial-services business.

Hybrid London-based role reporting to the Director of Martech & AI. You’ll manage complex, cross-functional workstreams, translate business goals into actionable delivery, and champion rigorous governance and data protection

Qualifications

• Experience building AI for teams, especially marketing/content teams.
• Led cross-functional programmes end-to-end, sequencing work and managing dependencies.
• Able to break down complex problems into fundamentals and design scalable solutions.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and stakeholder-heavy environments.
• Understanding of marketing content production and guardrails around quality.

Responsibilities

• Programme management: translate goals into actionable work and coordinate across stakeholders.
• Build AI agents to automate content production with governance and human-in-the-loop.
• System integration and governance: connect AI/agents with martech stack and data in a regulated environment.
• Creative AI tooling: discovery, testing, and selecting tools to raise quality and scale.
• Tooling selection and RFP: lead evaluation and recommendations for Marketing tooling including DAM systems.
• AI adoption across the business: promote AI-driven solutions beyond the programme.
