Job summary

Taprave Ltd in Manchester is seeking an AI Marketing & Automation Specialist to optimize marketing automation and enquiry management across its brands and clients. You will configure CRMs, build automated lead capture and followup workflows, and ensure seamless handoff from advertising to enquiry and booking.

You’ll work with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Make, Zapier and AI tools to improve audience targeting, copy, sequences and content development, while maintaining client communications and thorough

Qualifications

• Experience building marketing automations and CRM workflows.
• Hands-on with platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Make, Zapier or n8n.
• Confident use of AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in marketing processes.
• Understanding of lead generation, customer journeys and enquiry conversion.
• Experience connecting forms, email platforms, calendars and CRMs.
• Ability to troubleshoot workflows and test changes systematically.
• Strong written communication and client-facing skills.
• Organised approach to documentation and access management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement marketing automations for Taprave, its brands and clients.
• Map client marketing and enquiry handling processes to identify missed opportunities.
• Build automated workflows for lead capture, routing, followup and reminders.
• Configure CRM pipelines, forms, triggers and integrations.
• Connect advertising enquiries to CRM records and followup journeys.
• Test workflows before launch and monitor for failures.
• Document workflows for team and client handover.
• Use AI to support audience research, planning and content development.
• Create reusable prompts and templates reflecting each client’s brand.
• Review AI-generated material for accuracy and suitability.
• Collaborate with paid media, design and web teams to improve journeys.
• Develop reports to show performance and areas for improvement.
