Four Recruitment in Manchester is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own marketing automation and data-driven campaigns. You will build, test and optimise email journeys within HubSpot, and drive efficiency by leveraging AI and strong data quality practices.

The role requires 3-4 years in email marketing or marketing automation, a B2B SaaS background, and experience with HubSpot and Salesforce integrations. Hybrid working in Manchester with two on-site days per week is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years' experience in email marketing or marketing automation with strong HubSpot expertise.
• B2B SaaS background; fintech experience would be an advantage.
• Experience managing HubSpot and Salesforce integrations.
• Proven ability to use AI to improve efficiency, processes or results.
• Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Build and optimise email campaigns, nurture journeys and automation workflows in HubSpot.
• Manage the HubSpot-Salesforce integration, ensuring accurate data, effective lead routing and smooth marketing-to-sales handovers.
• Improve lead management, reporting and campaign performance.
• Use AI to streamline workflows, increase productivity and enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Maintain data quality and develop scalable marketing processes.
