Job summary

Automation Consultants is a UK consultancy accelerating AI and software automation through Agile and DevOps expertise. We seek a Marketing Manager who will own the services marketing, shape strategy with the CEO, and run multi-channel campaigns to win new customers while growing AC’s AI practice.

You will lead content, events, partnerships, and budgets; work with AI tools daily, and build a small marketing team. This role reports to the CEO and drives measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong academic record with a good degree (2:1 or above).
• Hands-on marketing experience across channels, in-house, agency or freelance.
• Excellent writing: clear, precise and persuasive, able to explain complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Set the marketing direction with the CEO and translate strategy into multi-channel campaigns.
• Own the marketing budget and allocate resources.
• Lead content programs: opinion pieces, webinars, data stories and partnerships.
