You will explain numbers to non-technical teammates, contribute to an AI usage policy, and help ensure UK GDPR compliance in client data handling.

We manage social media, content and campaigns for businesses across sectors. We're growing, and we want our decisions and our clients' decisions to be driven by data.The roleYou'll turn campaign, social and website data into clear insight our team and clients can act on. You'll also help us use AI tools well, and use them responsibly.What you'll do• Collect, clean and combine data from social platforms, ad accounts, Google Analytics and client CRMs.• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track campaign performance against client goals.• Analyse results to find what's working, what isn't and why, then recommend changes to content, targeting and spend.• Run tests (such as A/B tests) and report on the results.• Use AI and automation tools to speed up reporting, analysis and audience research.• Present findings to account and creative teams, and to clients, in plain language.• Help write and maintain Taprave's AI usage policy, and check that AI-assisted work and client data handling follow it and UK GDPR.### RequirementsWhat we're looking for• Proven experience in a data, marketing analytics or insight role.• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, and experience with a dashboard tool such as Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau.• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and social media or ad platform analytics.• Hands-on experience using AI tools (for example ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini) in analysis or reporting.• The ability to explain numbers clearly to non-technical people.• Good understanding of data protection (UK GDPR).Nice to have: SQL or Python; experience in an agency; knowledge of AI governance or risk frameworks.### Interested in this role?Submit your application and join Taprave LtdApply NowDepartmentMarketing & StrategyLocationManchester, UKEmployment TypeFull Time
