Love Recruitment International seeks a Head of Marketing to own marketing strategy across acquisition, lifecycle, content, and paid media. The role is hybrid in the East Midlands and involves hands-on leadership, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven workflows and data-driven decisions.

You will lead CRM, lifecycle marketing, and CRO while challenging agencies and driving commercial outcomes. A premium emphasis is placed on AI capabilities and practical tech use within marketing operations.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial B2C marketing experience.
• Advanced practical use of AI in marketing.
• Hands-on HubSpot across CRM, segmentation, lifecycle, workflows, and reporting.
• Understanding of paid acquisition (Google & Meta).
• Experience with websites, CRO, content, and customer journeys.
• Strong analysis, measurement and reporting skills.
• Ability to challenge agencies and dive into details.

Responsabilités

• Lead marketing across customer acquisition, lifecycle, content, digital experience, paid media, brand, measurement and agency performance.
• Improve customer journeys, CRO, lifecycle marketing, CRM and automation; use data for commercial decisions.
• Combine AI, automation, and human judgement to build a small, highly capable function.
• Work with the founder during the transition and take ownership of the marketing function.
