Job summary

Chapman Tate Associates client is a growing PropTech business seeking a Growth Systems & AI Engineer to build the growth engine, automate processes, and connect Marketing, Sales, AI and data.

You'll own the development of AI-powered workflows, CRM integrations, data pipelines and APIs to drive scalable pipeline and revenue operations. This hands-on role partners with Marketing and Sales to turn growth opportunities into repeatable, measurable systems.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and automate real systems.
• Experience delivering automation for growth workflows.
• Familiarity with RevOps, MarTech and data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimise Marketing, Sales and CRM systems.
• Develop AI-powered workflows and automation.
• Build APIs, integrations and data workflows.
• Automate lead generation, enrichment and qualification.
• Improve CRM, data and Revenue Operations processes.
• Identify and implement new AI opportunities.
• Analyse performance and continuously optimise growth systems.
• Work cross-functionally to turn commercial problems into technical solutions.
