Job summary

Matchtech partners with an early-stage technology business building an AI system of action for UK lettings and estate agencies. They are hiring their first Growth Lead to own the growth function end-to-end—from positioning to demand generation and a scalable engine driving qualified demos and pipeline.

Location is London (SW1H) — office-based four days per week. This is a permanent, full-time role offering DOE salary plus equity and the opportunity to shape a repeatable growth playbook.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building demand from near-zero in B2B/SMB with measurable impact.
• Ability to sell a new solution to non-technical, time-poor buyers.
• Hands-on, builder mindset—comfortable creating a playbook.
• Data-led channel ownership with strong measurement and iteration.
• Practical interest in AI tools and LLMs in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging – prove it lands with a busy audience.
• Build the demand engine across content, events, organic and paid social.
• Own the funnel from first touch through to qualified demo for sales.
• Get close to customers – speak to agents and join sales calls.
• Measure performance across channels and adapt the plan.
• Hire and build a small team once the motion is proven.
