Job summary

Talent Search Ltd is seeking a Growth Systems & AI Manager in Hampshire for a hybrid role. You will own CRM and revenue operations, automate processes, and deploy AI-enabled solutions to accelerate growth across marketing and commercial teams.

Lead system infrastructure, analytics and dashboards to enable accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene and KPI tracking. A strong technical and commercially aware mindset will help you optimise outcomes across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is essential.
• Strong Revenue Operations and CRM ownership experience.
• Proven ability to lead marketing operations and growth automation initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI enablement and reporting automation is a plus.
• Must be technically capable and commercially minded, focused on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise commercial systems and pipeline hygiene.
• Design and implement growth automation across nurturing, reporting, workflows and campaign ops.
• Identify and deploy AI solutions for marketing and commercial use.
• Monitor funnels from Lead to Closed Won and drive improvements.
• Provide executive visibility through dashboards, reporting and KPI tracking.
