Job summary

IFM Investors invites a proactive AI Growth Engineer to design and scale AI-enabled workflows across Marketing, Brand & Communications, and Client & Strategy. You will translate business problems into practical AI solutions, prototype MVPs, and drive adoption in a regulated, enterprise environment.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, leverage low-code/no-code tools, and uphold responsible AI principles to improve client outcomes and efficiency within our hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience AI, automation, data, digital transformation or related field.
• Translate business problems into practical AI, automation or data-enabled solutions.
• Build AI-enabled tools, agents, workflows, dashboards or automations using low-code or no-code platforms.
• Design and deliver pilots, prototypes or minimum viable products in a business environment.
• Strong understanding of how AI can improve business processes, knowledge management, reporting, client insight, content workflows, productivity and decision support.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders to define problems, design solutions and measure outcomes.
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Desirable: experience in financial services or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and scale AI-enabled solutions across C&S.
• Partner with teams to reimagine processes and adoption.
• Convert business problems into AI workflows using enterprise platforms.
• Support AI governance, privacy and risk settings.
• Collaborate with MB&C and other teams.
