M11 Labs, a London-based AI startup, is hiring a Head of Growth to own the customer acquisition strategy end-to-end. You will design a unified system to generate a commercial pipeline from brand owners and enterprise leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading growth for early-stage startups or new product lines.
• Proven ability to build scalable growth engines.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and scale a 1-to-100 growth engine using outbound, inbound, events, partnerships and digital channels to generate pipeline.
• Build modern, automated growth operations using AI tools to multiply output and efficiency.
• Refine brand narrative and positioning for diverse buyer personas including DTC founders and ecommerce leaders.
