Job summary

Stonor Search is seeking a hands-on Demand Generation / Growth Lead for a B2B SaaS and AI business. You will own the demand generation campaigns across paid, organic, email and events, and partner with sales to build pipeline with target accounts.

You’ll optimise the customer journey, apply AI to research, delivery, and reporting, and translate performance into clear strategic recommendations. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand generation or growth marketing within B2B SaaS or technology.
• Track record of delivering campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue.
• Confident marketing complex products to technical and enterprise audiences.
• Comfortable owning both strategy and hands on execution.
• Curious about AI, commercially minded and confident working in a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver demand generation campaigns across paid, organic, email and events.
• Work closely with sales to engage target accounts and generate qualified pipeline.
• Improve conversion across the customer journey through testing and optimisation.
