• Proven experience leading B2B demand generation in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on pipeline value and revenue contribution.
• Hands-on expertise with modern marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Experience running multi-channel campaigns combining paid media, content, email and ABM.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver an integrated demand generation strategy across paid channels, search, content syndication, events, and ABM.
• Own pipeline generation targets, linked to MQLs, opportunities, and revenue.
• Refine lead scoring, hand-off criteria, and outbound cadences with sales.
• Optimize marketing automation and CRM workflows for visibility of pipeline and channel performance.
• Manage the demand generation budget and test new channels with discipline.
• Analyse full-funnel data and present insights to senior leadership.
• Mentor growth marketing team members and manage external agency relationships.
