Job summary

Rocketlane is seeking an AI-Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding for our largest US customers. You will drive discovery, solution design, configuration, integrations, and go-lives with a consultative voice. This role builds an AI-first Professional Services organization and requires strong problem-solving and ownership.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams to unblock complex implementations, manage escalations, and deliver rapid value for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role (Implementations/Onboarding/Technical Consulting).
• Experience running enterprise onboarding projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Ability to gather requirements, discover workflows, and map to system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding lifecycle for enterprise customers—from kick-off to go-live.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions and translate business workflows into configurations.
• Design and guide best-practice implementations and push back when needed.
• Design integrations with HRMS, CRM, NetSuite, and fintech platforms.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to unblock complex implementations.
• Manage risks, escalations, and executive-level communications.
• Adopt AI-driven workflows to automate tasks and improve value delivery.
• Serve as trusted advisor on onboarding processes and data flows.
