Qualifications

• 4+ years working knowledge of search, data, and AI technologies.
• 5+ years of customer-facing Technical Engagement Management experience.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders from pre-sales to post-sales handoff.
• Define AI Search requirements and project plans.
• Provide clear communication on project health, risks, and recommendations.
