Job summary

Fireworks AI is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to own our most strategic customer accounts over the long term, partnering with Account Executives to scope pilots, set success criteria, and lead the technical side of deals.

You will manage adoption, expansion, and renewals after signature, with a focus on first principles thinking and deep technical credibility when engaging with customer engineering leadership.

Qualifications

• Break down novel problems using first principles without reference implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent depth.
• 3+ years in roles combining technical substance with commercial ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship and commercial outcome from signature onward, including adoption, expansion, and renewals.
• Partner with AEs pre-signature on pilot scoping, success criteria, and technical-commercial framing.
• Delivery cadence: run the operating rhythm of the account across Fireworks teams (FDEs, AMLEs, product, support).
• Value realization: translate customer goals into deployment milestones and ensure landing.
• Expansion strategy: identify and drive new workloads, teams, and use cases within existing accounts.
• Voice of customer: represent account needs with enough technical precision to be actionable.
