Qualifications

• First principles and critical thinking; solve novel problems.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in roles combining technical with commercial ownership.
• Ability to reason about AI infrastructure tradeoffs.
• Proven track record owning outcomes over long horizons.

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationship and commercial outcome post-signature.
• Partner with Account Executives on pilot scoping and success criteria.
• Run account cadence across customer and Fireworks teams.
• Translate goals into deployment milestones.
• Identify and drive new workloads within accounts.
• Represent account needs with technical precision.
