Job summary

Cloudflare in London is seeking a Principal, EMEA Sales Strategy and Operations to lead regional operational strategy across UKI, CEE and Israel. You will partner with regional sales leadership, global RevOps, marketing, finance and enablement to drive productivity, pipeline growth, and forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience in sales or revenue operations in a SaaS company.
• Experience scaling ops across multiple regions (EMEA preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end sales lifecycle and forecasting.
• Experience using AI to drive automation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leaders to define and drive strategic initiatives.
• Improve processes and scale solutions using AI and automation.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing Ops, Finance, and Enablement.
• Drive forecasting discipline with pipeline coverage and reviews.
• Monitor market dynamics for UKI, CEE and Israel regions.
