You will connect with prospective customers, uncover opportunities, and create qualified opportunities for the sales team, balancing outbound and inbound activities with AI-assisted workflows.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 0–12 months of BDR experience, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 0–12 months of successful BDR experience with quotas.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office required.
• Background check will be conducted on hire.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities to meet targets.
• Qualify inbound leads and generate high-quality opportunities for the sales team.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on territory plans and pipeline development.
• Execute a formal business development process with consistency and creativity.
• Suggest improvements to BD strategies and tools using data insights.
