This high-energy role connects with potential customers, uncovers opportunities, and sets the stage for meaningful business relationships—bridging sales and marketing to convert leads into opportunities.

You'll work with Account Executives, qualify leads, and contribute to territory plans while leveraging AI-assisted workflows and modern sales tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0–12 months in a BDR or equivalent role with a proven quota history.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiar with AI-assisted workflows and modern sales tools.
• Proficient with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities with prospective customers to meet targets.
• Qualify inbound leads and provide high-quality opportunities for the sales team.
• Partner with Account Executives to execute territory plans and manage multiple priorities.
• Execute a formalised BD process with consistency and creativity.
• Suggest improvements to BD strategies and tools using data insights and AI workflows.
