Perk is seeking a Business Automation Engineer to transform manual processes into scalable automation using Make.com, Airtable, AWS, Zendesk, and AI tools. You will partner with Customer Care, Product, and Engineering to deliver reliable, scalable automation that reduces manual effort and accelerates service delivery.

Maintain and enhance existing automations and integrations for reliability and scalability.
Collaborate with Customer Care, Product and Engineering to align automation initiatives with business goals.
