Job summary

Perk is seeking a Business Automation Engineer to transform manual processes into scalable automation within the Customer Care Service Design team. You will build and maintain automations using Make.com, Airtable, AWS, Zendesk, and AI-powered tools to drive efficiency and scale operations.

Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders, you will translate needs into practical automation designs and contribute to the automation maturity of the organization while ensuring

Identify operational inefficiencies and transform manual processes into scalable, automated solutions.
Leverage workflow automation, data platforms, cloud technologies, and AI capabilities.
Collaborate with Customer Care, Product, Engineering and other business functions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy automations that eliminate manual work and improve operational efficiency.
Maintain and enhance existing automations, integrations, and workflows to ensure reliability and scalability.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
Translate business requirements into clear automation designs and implementation plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points, process gaps, and operational challenges.
