Job summary

the company is seeking a Business Automation Engineer to join the Customer Care Service Design team. You will transform manual processes into scalable automation using Make.com, Airtable, AWS, Zendesk and AI-powered tools.

You’ll work with stakeholders across Customer Care, Product, Engineering and other functions to translate operational challenges into practical automation and deliver reliable, scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and improve consistency.

Qualifications

Experience as automation engineer or similar role.
Experience translating operational needs into automation designs.
Familiarity with Make.com, Airtable, AWS, Zendesk and AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy automations that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
Maintain and enhance existing automations, integrations, and workflows for reliability.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
Partner with stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into automation plans.
Leverage AI and automation ecosystems to drive maturity and outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation aligned with business goals.
Ensure documentation and maintainability of solutions.
