Job summary

Perk is seeking a Business Automation Specialist – Customer Care to design and ship AI-enabled automations that reduce manual work and improve customer experiences. You’ll work across Make.com, Airtable, Zendesk, Claude, and APIs, delivering end-to-end solutions with strong testing and guardrails.

You’ll partner with Operational Excellence and Customer Care Leadership, owning projects from ideation to live production and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Shipped production automations on Make.com, Zapier, Claude, or similar.
• Experience with Airtable as a core ops backbone.
• Built LLM-powered workflows with prompt craft, evals, and guardrails.
• Strong debugging of production systems under time pressure.
• Ability to turn fuzzy business requests into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy automations across Make.com, Airtable, Zendesk, Claude, APIs, and AI tooling.
• Wire up multi-system integrations to remove real manual effort.
• Own projects from sketch to production and ongoing improvement.
• Establish testing and validation environments to ensure reliable deployments.
• Monitor adoption and iterate after launch.
• Collaborate with Operational Excellence and Customer Care Leadership.
