Job summary

Perk is hiring a Business Automation Engineer to design, implement, and scale automated solutions that reduce manual effort. You will partner with Customer Care, Product, Engineering, and other teams to translate operational needs into reliable automation using Make.com, Airtable, AWS, and AI-powered tools.

You will work on improving operational consistency, automation maturity, and user experience while ensuring solutions are well-documented and maintainable across our tooling ecosystem.

Qualifications

Experience turning manual processes into scalable automated workflows.
Ability to convert business needs into technical automation designs.
Familiarity with enterprise automation platforms and AI-enabled tooling.

Responsibilities

Build, test, and deploy automations to remove manual work and improve efficiency.
Maintain and enhance existing automations, integrations, and workflows.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
