Perk is seeking a Junior Automation Specialist to design, build and deploy automation transforming customer care workflows. You will connect Make.com, Airtable, Zendesk, Claude, and various APIs to reduce manual work and improve customer experiences.

Shipped production automations on Make.com or Zapier, not just demos.
Built Airtable-backed processes to support ops and CS workflows.
LLM-powered workflows with prompt craft, evaluation, and guardrails.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and deploy automation across Make.com, Airtable, Zendesk, Claude, and APIs.
Wire up multi-system integrations to remove manual effort.
Own projects from sketch to production and ongoing improvement.
Set up proper testing environments so tests reflect real scenarios.
Monitor adoption and iterate after launch to improve outcomes.
Create reusable automation components and patterns.
