Job summary

Accenture in London seeks an Agentic AI & Commerce Architect to lead end-to-end design and delivery of production-grade agentic commerce systems for global clients. You will define system architecture, select AI/ML platforms, and ensure scalable, secure solutions integrated into live commerce environments.

You will partner with development, DevOps, data engineering, and client teams to translate strategy into executable architectures, guiding multi-region programs and enterprise-scale

Qualifications

• 8+ years in AI/ML systems with production Generative AI experience.
• 4+ years enterprise commerce delivery on Salesforce, Adobe, SAP or MACH stacks.
• Proven experience designing LLM-based systems: RAG, tool-calling, multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with vector retrieval architectures and embedding pipelines.
• Experience designing AI governance frameworks: auditability, HITL, compliance controls.
• AgentOps/LLMOps: observability, tracing, and model evaluation in production.
• Commerce stack integration: OMS, PIM, DAM, CRM, payments, fulfilment.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, distributed systems.
• Cloud delivery on AWS, GCP, or Azure; CI/CD and cloud-native architecture.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex, multi-region enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and document multi-agent architecture blueprints and AI governance patterns.
• Lead architecture for integration with enterprise commerce stacks via APIs and events.
• Drive build-vs-buy decisions across LLM platforms and orchestration tools.
• Embed governance, observability, and guardrails as first-class architectural concerns.
• Lead workshops with senior client stakeholders and translate strategy into roadmaps.
• Provide architectural leadership across distributed delivery teams.
• Define KPIs for agent performance, ROI, and operational efficiency.
• Shape Accenture Song's Agentic Commerce standards and accelerators.
