Eldercare is seeking an AI Business Analyst to shape how AI is adopted across the organisation. You will coordinate AI initiatives, engage stakeholders, and develop governance practices to ensure responsible, effective AI use.

Reporting to the General Manager Technology, you will build capability, deliver education programs, and measure the value of AI investments. This role emphasizes collaboration, ethics, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in IT, Business, Information Management or related discipline.
• 4+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Experience facilitating discovery workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong interest in AI and digital innovation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding governance, risk, privacy and compliance in technology.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify AI opportunities.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and prioritise AI initiatives.
• Support business case development and measure value from AI investments.
• Develop resources, education, and awareness programs for staff.
• Guide AI strategy and roadmap and monitor governance.
• Report to leadership on AI usage and outcomes.
• Support staff to confidently use AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot.
