The Care Inspectorate is looking for an AI Change Lead to drive organisation-wide AI change, engagement and adoption. You will translate strategic ambitions into practical, sustainable actions, ensuring governance, learning and culture shift accompany technology delivery.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, operational teams and external partners to shape AI use cases that deliver public value while maintaining ethics, governance and risk management.

Qualificações

• Substantial experience of leading organisational change in complex environments.
• Experience of developing and delivering change, stakeholder engagement, communication and learning plans.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Ability to translate strategic ambition into practical action and delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver an organisation-wide AI change, engagement and adoption plan aligned with the Digital, Data and AI Strategy.
• Assess the people, process, culture and capability impacts of proposed AI initiatives and translate into change interventions.
• Build relationships with leaders, managers and staff networks to create ownership and advocacy for change.
• Establish and support a network of AI champions for peer learning and best practice.
• Design communications, engagement and guidance that build AI capability and confidence.
