Job summary

Expleo is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the Financial Services AI Programme. The role involves leading business analysis activities, translating business needs and regulatory requirements into clearly defined capabilities, processes, and delivery outcomes.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, product managers, technology and data specialists to shape AI-enabled solutions. The BA will support process redesign, define requirements and acceptance criteria, and ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of Business Analysis.
Relevant BA qualifications such as BCS or IIBA would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end business analysis activities within an assigned AI Programme workstream, from discovery through to design, delivery, testing and implementation.
Engage stakeholders to understand needs, objectives and constraints.
Facilitate workshops and elicitation to clarify complex requirements.
Document, analyse and validate requirements, use cases and acceptance criteria.
Translate policies and regulatory obligations into actionable requirements for processes and solutions.
Maintain traceability and support prioritisation, change control and validation.
