Aviva is seeking an AI Governance Lead to shape governance and risk controls for AI across the business. You will collaborate with Risk, Technology, Data, Cyber, Legal and Compliance to define practical governance that enables innovation while meeting regulatory expectations.

In this role, you’ll lead the evolution of the AI governance framework, ensuring oversight keeps pace with new technologies and use cases and supports business value across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, implementing or evolving governance, risk or control frameworks within large regulated organisations.
• Strong understanding of technology, data, AI or model risks with business outcomes translation.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and governance forums with proposals and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of AI governance framework, operating model and risk management as tech use cases evolve.
• Collaborate with Risk, Technology, Data, Legal and Compliance to enable safe, responsible AI use.
