Bionic Group is seeking AI Operations Analysts to support governance and quality assurance of AI-driven processes across energy and insurance domains. You'll validate AI outcomes and ensure decisions are fair, accurate, and well evidenced before downstream sales and operations.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and analytical with strong evidence-based decision making.
• Experience handling structured data and reporting outputs.
• Familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Validate AI-generated outcomes before use in business processes.
• Review call recordings, transcripts and AI rationale for accuracy.
• Identify fails, false fails, and exceptions.
• Maintain audit trails and documentation of validation decisions.
• Collaborate with Business Excellence, AI Innovation, Sales Leadership and Legal & Compliance.
