Job summary

B2e Consulting seeks an experienced Business Analyst to support an AI programme within a leading Financial Services client. You will work across senior business stakeholders and product teams to elicit requirements, document use cases, and define acceptance criteria.

The role focuses on agentic AI, governance, fairness, and transparent decision-making. You will operate in a regulated environment with 50% onsite work in our London office, and a nine-month contract inside IR35.

Qualifications

• Substantial business analysis experience across the end-to-end project lifecycle.
• Ability to challenge and support senior stakeholders in a regulated environment.
• Strong written and oral communication translating requirements to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements, document use cases and acceptance criteria for AI workstreams.
• Model as-is and to-be processes, identify risks, and support mitigation with stakeholders.
• Design goal-driven, autonomous AI systems with human-in-the-loop elements.
• Define governance, fairness criteria and bias mitigation for AI-enabled processes.
