Methods Business and Digital Technology seeks a Senior Business Analyst for its Data & AI Consulting Practice in London. The role involves turning complex business needs into practical, AI-enabled capabilities and working across business and technology teams in regulated environments.

You will lead discovery, design, delivery and adoption; elicit requirements, document user stories and acceptance criteria; and shape agent-based journeys with governance and human oversight.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of business analysis experience across complex change initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience shaping Data & AI use cases with product teams.
• Practical experience with agent-based AI, prompts and human oversight.
• Understanding governance, security, privacy, ethics and risk in AI.
• Ability to evolve Generative AI and data technologies in practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis across discovery, design, delivery, testing and adoption within complex programmes and multidisciplinary product teams.
• Elicit, prioritise and document requirements, processes, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate senior stakeholders and subject-matter experts to clarify objectives and define future ways of working.
• Design agent-based journeys with prompts, events, measures and human involvement.
• Translate governance expectations into delivery requirements, including safeguards and escalation.
• Define assurance for fairness, explainability and monitoring of AI behaviour.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies; support validation and benefits realization.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to proposition development.
