Job summary

The Citation Group is seeking an AI Architect to lead the AI/Data architecture within the delivery area, reporting directly to the Chief AI Officer. This role focuses on establishing architectural standards, patterns, and governance for AI initiatives across Product, Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure.

Responsibilities include managing model selection frameworks, data readiness, and cost governance, while ensuring security is embedded from the start and guiding architectural decisions

Qualifications

• Senior — 6+ years in software, data, or platform engineering/architecture with hands-on AI production experience.

Responsibilities

• Own architectural standards and patterns for AI systems across Citation's platform.
• Hold a documented framework for open-weight vs closed models and apply it per workload.
• Ensure security, governance, and cost considerations are integrated from design to production.
