Job summary

Nissan Motor GB is seeking an experienced Aftersales Operations Manager to lead performance across 21 dealers in the southern region, from Norfolk to Reading and Oxford, up to Sheffield. You will drive efficiency, deliver KPI targets and coach dealer network to improve customer service quality.

This field-based role requires a full UK driving license, readiness to travel across the region, and strong skills in data reporting, forecasting and dealer development.

Qualifications

• Experience in Aftersales or dealer network roles with KPI delivery.
• Ability to present to senior stakeholders and manage reporting.
• Willingness to travel across the southern UK region and hold a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance for a group of 21 dealers across key metrics.
• Forecasting, regular reporting and development of field tools.
• Identify efficiency improvements and coach dealers to improve customer service.
• Promote Nissan Aftersales products and campaigns to dealers.
• Manage dealer dispersion and action plans via scorecards.
