Job summary

Garland Motors in the UK seeks an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead the Service, Workshop and Parts operations across the dealership. You will drive profitability, customer service and operational efficiency while providing strategic leadership for the department.

The role requires strong leadership, performance management and the ability to monitor KPIs, budgets and compliance with manufacturer standards. Franchised dealer experience and a Full UK Driving Licence are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service, Workshop and Parts teams to meet objectives and targets.
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention across aftersales.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling, productivity and workshop quality.
• Monitor stock levels, profitability and compliance with manufacturer standards.
• Produce and analyse departmental performance reports and KPIs.
