Renault Group UK is seeking a Head of Network Aftersales to lead the field-based aftersales operations across our dealer network, Motrio, corporate sales and body shops. This role drives turnover, profitability, customer experience and loyalty, with regular travel to map office in Maple Cross.

The role emphasizes performance targets, network capacity development, and escalation management, reporting to Aftersales Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver performance targets across the dealer network.
• Lead action plans, manage escalations, and deploy network priority programmes.
• Drive network profitability, parts turnover, and customer experience improvements.
• Develop team capability, parc management, technician growth, and ramp optimisation.
• Collaborate with Aftersales Leadership Team to align with hub strategy.
• Monitor KPIs such as FTA, service contracts, and lead times.
