Pybus Recruitment is recruiting a Regional Aftersales Manager for a leading automotive organisation. The role covers the North of England and Scotland, with field-based leadership and a home office day for planning and reporting.

You will support retailers in the field, visit the Chiswick Head Office monthly, and drive aftersales profitability, customer satisfaction, and KPI improvements across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Aftersales leadership roles.
• Proven track record of improving KPIs and profitability.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills with team development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience across multiple sites or territories.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Drive aftersales profitability and performance across a retailer network.
• Develop Aftersales Managers and leadership teams.
• Lead customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvement plans.
• Enhance workshop productivity, efficiency and utilisation.
• Grow parts and service revenue and ensure standards compliance.
• Build strong relationships with retailer partners and stakeholders.
