Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Service Department operations.
• Review CSI surveys and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Challenge and drive performance of the Service department staff.
• Coach and motivate your team to build long-term staff delight and progression.
• Control recruitment when required and monitor budgets.
• Analyze performance to identify weaknesses and guide targeted activity.
• Review Service KPIs regularly to track trends.
