Job summary

Silcom Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Aftersales Manager for a main dealer group based in Salisbury. You will lead the aftersales department, driving service, parts and workshop performance while ensuring high customer satisfaction and manufacturer compliance.

The role offers a strong earning potential with £50,000 basic and £70,000 OTE, plus a brand over performance bonus and a company car. Typical week is Monday to Friday, 45 hours with occasional Saturday coverage.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in aftersales management, ideally in a dealer/group setting.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Experience driving KPIs, budgets and profitability in a service department.
• Commitment to customer service excellence and manufacturer compliance.

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join an established main dealer group, based in the Salisbury area.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Oversee the daily running of the aftersales department, including service, parts, and workshop operations.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the service and workshop teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor KPIs, departmental budgets, and performance reports to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, retention, and manufacturer compliance.
• Work closely with senior management to implement strategies that maximise aftersales revenue and operational efficiency.

The Package:

£50,000 Basic – £70,000 OTE + Brand Over Performance Bonus, Company Car & other great company benefits

Monday to Friday – 45 hour week, with non rota'd occasional Saturday coverage.
